Healthy Crab Dip


1 can crabmeat drained
1-8oz low fat cream cheese
1/2 cup lite or fat free mayo
1 cup parmesan cheese
chopped fresh dill to taste
1 chopped fresh sweet red pepper

Combine all ingredients in small casserole dish. Microwave on high for 10 minutes stirring
occasionally till lightly browned. Serve with bagel chips or crackers.
