Peanut Veggie Slaw
1cup chopped red cabbage fine
2 carrots chopped fine
sprig broccoli chopped dine
1 red sweet pepper chopped
1/2 cup jicama chopped
4 radishes chopped
1 branch celery chopped fine
Separate:
3-4 Tab Spicy peanut Thai vinaigrette
1/2 cup peanuts dry
Place in bowl. Add 3 Tab. spicy peanut Thai vinaigrette. Mix. Add 1/2 cup peanuts. Serve.
